Who delivers the ICS Training?
Answer: ICS Training team comprises of expert facilitators, who are successful professionals in various sectors of the economy. We work closely with you to carefully select the facilitator(s) that are the ‘best fit’ for your organization.

How do I know you can deliver what you promise?
Answer: We have worked successfully with many organisations in both the private and public sectors. You are free to check our testimonials.

Where will the training be held?
Answer: ICS Limited has two state of the art Learning Centres in Abuja and Lagos. In addition, the training can also be delivered in any ICS Training regional venues. You could choose an alternative training venue. This could be either at your office or at an external venue whichever you consider convenient. For more information, please click on training venues.

How many people can be trained at the same time?
Answer: This is usually dependent on the nature of the training programme as well as the required style of delivery. However, in general, we recommend 30 participants for an interactive and practical training programme. This is to ensure the training quality is maintained.

How much does the in-house training program cost?
Answer: The cost of each programme we develop is dependent on what is involved. We are always able to develop something that suits your budget.

How much does the open training program cost?
Answer: Please check our training courses menu or training brochure for more details. We offer discounts for group participation of more than 5 participants.

How do I register for your training?
Answer: You can register online, by email, phone or letter.

What if I do not find a course that I like on your list?
Answer: We can work with you to identify and deliver courses that meet your unique need. You can always Contact Us for further discussion.

How does the registration process start?
Answer: The process starts with booking and confirmation of course(s) of interest 72 hours before the commencement of training. You can book online, call into the office, and send a mail or letter. Please you can read our booking policy.

What happens if I cancel my registration?
Answer: Cancellation must be made in writing and emailed to training@integratedcorporateservices.com at least, 3 working days from the training date. Alternatively, you can send a letter by post to Head, Corporate Services, ICS Limited, 41 Gbolade Adebanjo Street, off Olusoji Idowu Street, Ilupeju, Lagos. You can also reach us on 01-7742211, 280 1547-8. Cancellation will incur N5, 000 administration fee. No refund if notice is short of the 3 working days.

How do I make payments?
Answer: We receive only Cash or Bank Draft (We will email the bank details to you). Unfortunately, we do not collect cheque.
