HR Outsourcing:
ICS Limited is involved in the recruitment, placement, management and training of all categories of support staff to desiring organisations. In other words, we contract out support staff categories to desiring organisations. The essence is to relieve our clients of the management task associated with these categories of staff and to enable them concentrate on their core activities. It also affords our clients the benefits of sourcing for quality staff, increasing efficiency, minimising time wastage and reducing overheads.

Fleet Management (vehicles)
As a result of the emerging need of the market where we operate, we have carefully packaged a fleet management product whereby the burden of sourcing and managing of vehicles and drivers are totally taken over by our company. In essence, we provide the vehicle, the driver as well as all incidental charges arising from running and maintenance, all for a monthly rental charge. This arrangement enhances the working capital of the client and encourages flexibility in term of usage.

Vehicles currently under our fleet management include executive cars, bullion vans, escort vans, protocol cars and airport shuttle buses. We are prepared to package on request any vehicle not presently on our fleet arrangement.

Dispatch Services (Motor Cycles)
As part of our efforts to support and add more values to the unique work environment of our clients, we introduce dispatch services by providing motorcycle and dispatch rider. This has helped in no small measure in realising the service delivery of our reputable clients.

The attractions to this service is the provision of a professional and corporate dispatch staff with excellent personality and good communication skill, who is also familiar with Lagos route. The staff is adequately insured under Workmen Compensation Insurance Policy while the Client's document is insured against any loss or theft up to N1m per occurrence/annum under Fidelity Guarantee Insurance Policy.

Recruitment/Training
ICS Limited is equally involved in recruitment services. The categories of the positions involved range from entry level to the highest level in the management cadre. For final selection, we recommend five successful candidates for a single position. This enables our clients to take other factors into consideration before making the final choice. As our clients always have the prerogative of making the final selection of who they prefer to work with.

We also undertake manpower development and training programmes for our clients in different sectors of the economy. The courses spread across management, marketing, secretarial, clerical, driving and other areas designed for middle management, supervisors and other support staff cadres. These are conducted as open house or in-house programmes accordingly. The aim is to equip employees with necessary skills required for greater challenges ahead. Our facilitators are sound and highly experienced in their areas of endeavour.
