Appointment of New Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

It is with a great deal of pleasure that I write on behalf of the Board of Directors of Integrated Corporate Services Limited, to inform you of the promotion of our erstwhile General Manager, Mr. Femi Olatide FCA MBA to the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer , effective 23 rd September 2008.

Femi joined our company in January 2007 after very many years as a professional accountant/auditor followed by several years in the banking industry. He has since joining, successfully spearheaded the daily operations of our outsourcing activities, leading to a deepening of our embedded relations in client organisations.

The Board has every confidence in Femi's ability to ensure that each client receives an unparalleled level of professional service from ICS, in the process maximising the benefit of outsourcing non-core operations.
